Stephanie D.H. Evans, Ph.D., LPC-MHSP, NCC
Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) and National Certified Counselor with over 18 years of clinical experience. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Leadership from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee as well as her Master of Science degree in Guidance & Counseling (Concentration in Agency Counseling). Stephanie received her Doctor of Philosophy (Clinical Counseling: Teaching and Supervision) degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.
Stephanie has experience serving individuals of all ages with diverse backgrounds, family dynamics, and clinical presentations.
Stephanie is an Approved Supervisor for LPC-MHSP licensure and is accepting new supervisees in need of clinical supervision.

In 2023, the Executive Director and Founding Board of Directors recognized the need for mental health services that could be delivered from within a Christian lens and began the process of planting Mighty Oak Christian Mental Health Services. In February 2024, Mighty Oak was recognized as a nonprofit in the state of Tennessee. Mighty Oak begins with one professional counselor, but looks forward to the growth that God provides.
