Psychotherapy
Providers at Mighty Oak provide individual therapy, family therapy, and when applicable group therapy. The duration of each appointment is dependent on the unique needs of those served and can range from 30 minute sessions to 60 minute sessions. The frequency of appointments is also dependent on the unique needs of those served. Typically, at the beginning of services therapy sessions are scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. As treatment progresses and symptoms lessen, the time frame between sessions may be extended.

Prepare/Enrich
Mighty Oak offers the Prepare/Enrich service to couples who are preparing for marriage as well as those who are married and looking to enrich their relationship. Prepare/ Enrich includes an evidence-based assessment tool and accompanying counseling sessions to explore assessment results and equip couples with skills and insights that help foster healthy relationships. This service is not covered under insurance plans and would require that couples be self-pay.

Licensure Supervision
Currently Mighty Oak employs a Licensed Professional Counselor -Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) with the Approved Supervisor designation. If you are looking for supervision hours and would like to receive those hours from Mighty Oak just click “get started” to let us know.

Mighty Oak Christian Mental Health Services is still in the process of being added to various insurance panels. At this time, we are not taking any insurance plans. Until Mighty Oak is paneled with your insurance provider, we would be happy to provide clients with a Super Bill which the client can then file with their respective insurance company. Once Mighty Oak has been added to various insurance panels those entities will be listed here.
