Sometimes life’s circumstances (or choices made) prevent individuals from graduating high school. For individuals without a high school diploma, finding gainful employment can be difficult. If you are someone who is in need of obtaining your high school equivalency certificate know that there are services available that can assist you with obtaining your high school equivalency certificate.
Two exams that are offered are the General Educational Development Test (GED) and the High School Equivalency Test (HiSet). The Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development offers a HiSET Voucher Program that covers all costs associated with the exam.
